Ingredients
- Flour
- Eggs
- Salt
- Milk
Method
- Preheat your pan to medium heat and put a medium size pan on the stove.
- Add 3 egg to a bowl and whisk untill frothy.
- Next add 1 1/2 cups of milk and mix well.
- Put 1 1/2 cups of flour slowly and mix untill there are no clumps.
- Get a large ice-cream scoop and pour into the pan to get the perfect size pancakes.
- Leave for 15 secs or untill golden brown and flip.
