Pancakes

Ingredients 

  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Salt 
  • Milk

Method
  1. Preheat your pan to medium heat and put a medium size pan on the stove.
  2. Add 3 egg to a bowl and whisk untill frothy.
  3. Next add 1 1/2 cups of milk and  mix well.
  4. Put 1 1/2 cups of flour slowly and mix untill there are no clumps.
  5. Get a large ice-cream scoop and pour into the pan to get the perfect size pancakes.
  6. Leave for 15 secs or untill golden brown and flip.
