Diy icing sugar

I know it's a bit past christmas but still🀐🀐
Ingredients
1 egg white
200g icing sugar
food colouring
Water if required

Method
All you need to do is mix the egg white with a fork until fluffy.
Mix in sifte  icing 

Diy mango buttercream

I made this delicious cake for my mums birthday!!!πŸŽ‚πŸŽ‚πŸŽ‚πŸŽ‚



Ingredients


  • 1/4 cup Mango pulp
  • 6 cups icing sugar
  • 200g butter
  • 2 tbs milk
  • 1 ts vanilla extract 


Method

First mix your butter 
Then sift  3-4 cups of icing and mix it up with the butter.
After add your milk. If you want a richer buttercream add double creme.
If you need to tweak the recepie go ahead.
Add the mango pulp.It will be really watery ,add the rest of your icing suger a little bit at a time. And you have a delicious buttercream icing!!!!!!!!!
